WPW photographer John Nafpliotis had a photo session with Tracy in 2010 when she was a spectator at that year's Arnolds/Ms. International. The very young looking 48 year old is from California and mentioned that she is friends with late 80s bodybuilding star, Rene Casella. Tracy entered the 2007 Team Universe, winning the heavy and overall, allowing her to turn IFBB pro. At 5'6" 140 pounds, she was not ripped here, but shows a thick off-season look, featuring impressive biceps, good looks and beautiful long blonde hair. She hits the shots in black tites/pink top and a black dress.

Jan was featured in our first Ray Martin video and was very popular as she not only had a great physique, but also very good camera presence. We kept getting asked to 'find more like Jan', for our videos, but it was difficult to find competitive bodybuilders who had acting experience. So, the solution? Another video with Jan, this time with Robin as her co-star. Both women have biceps as their best bodypart and the scenario is Jan teaching Robin 'the ropes' with respect to bicep posing in several outfits. You will hear references to "Mike", but the millionaire couldn't make it down to join in on this 1995 session- too bad for him!!

WPW photographer John Nafpliotis had this photo/video session with Sateash at the time of the 2010 Junior Nationals, where she was 2nd in the Heavyweight Class. She followed that up with an impressive 9th in the tough US Championships. At 5'8" and 168 pounds in contest shape, she displays a very impressive physique combining size, shape and definition to the point where she could be a threat to win a major show soon. In addition to her heavy training, the 33 year old has a Masters Degree, and she lives in Wisconsin. Sateash hits the shots in her black bikini, again, showing off an awesome physique topped off by beauty of face and hair, a most attractive physique model. 'Millionaire Mike' was at it again in this 1995 feature. He was noted for holding 'personal strength events' after the Extravaganza Strength Contest in order to know who to sponsor the following year. This time is was Kathy vs. Chris for several tests of strength (arm wrestling, etc) and physique comparison. Since both women were in the strength contest, they were 'off-season', though very lean. Chris had a very good career as an amateur, then a pro and competed well into the 2000's. Kathy has been competing since the mid-80's and is still on the scene today, having competed in two contests in 2011 and getting ready for 2012!

Holly, from California, was one of the early fitness women around 1990, but was known more for her 'shape' and beauty than for her muscularity at that time. Fast forward about five years and she has added some nice definition, particularly in her back, calves and arms, enabling us to tape a 'real' physique video featuring bodybuilding-style posing in several bikinis and one-pieces.

Debbie was the 'First Lady' of fitness beginning around 1990. She, and Marla Duncan, were the two most popular fitness competitors of the time, with Debbie having the longer career in fitness, figure and bodybuilding, and going into 2012 can still be seen at booths at contests. Debbie was in top contest shape for this session in 1995 and together with Jana, show you their idea of having a fun vacation in Florida. What does that mean? Lots of bodybuilding-style posing with Jana in bikinis and dresses. Debbie was considered the most muscular and beautiful fitness/figure women of the 1990s and that is pretty much shown here.

In the days before she became a competitive bodybuilder, Caron was getting a lot of photo shoots basically because of her incredible calves, which were a result of years as a ballerina. Well, fast forward a few years and she had become an impressive local/regional bodybuilder and made it clear she 'wanted to be photographed and taped as a complete physique now'. With weight training her lower body improved even more and she had an upper body now to match- lots of posing (and not just calves!) in several swimsuits and dresses in top contest shape. Caron was from New York City and continued on the competitive scene for a few years after this 1995 taping and was also in demand for making posing suits for other women after she retired.

WPW photographer John Nafpliotis had a photo/video session with Jody at the time of the North Americans in 2010, where she was watching the show. At 5'1" 140 pounds the 2010 Overall Canadian Masters Champion showed off impressive size, featuring huge arms in particular. Despite not dieting for the show, she was in fairly lean shape. In addition to her Canadian title, she won her Light Heavy Class in both the 2008 and 2009 North Americans, and will now be competing as an IFBB pro. There is only one spot left to compete in the Extravaganza Strength Contest, and the promoter has decided to hold a taped challenge where two bodybuilding athletes compete for that lone spot'. Errica (tall and blonde) and Lauren (short, with dark hair) go head to head for nine different lifts in the gym, then compare poses in bikinis and dresses in order for the boss to make his final decision. Errica was from California, and Lauren from New Jersey, wonder if that played any part in this feature from 1995?

Heidi is from Alaska and continues to compete in the figure events in her mid-40's. WPW has a couple of DVDs with her, but for this session, it was photos-only, taken at the time of the Junior Nationals in 2009. She continues to compete and was recently 4th in her Figure Class at the impressive Emerald Cup in Washington State in 2011. Here, Heidi hits the shots bodybuilding-style in a black mini/blue halter, then a blue evening gown. As always, she showed off a 'lean machine' look featuring a very defined and detailed upper body, and incredible calves that would be superior to most of the top bodybuilders, all topped off by very young, beautiful looks for her age, and a great blonde hairstyle. Melissa is a bit smaller than some of those 'bigger girls' competing against her in top pro shows. She goes on and on about how she could beat many of the bigger women, but does not realize that it is Laura who she is talking to. The scenes then show the women primping up in the dressing room before the two go head to head for comparative posing scenes in dresses and bikinis. Pete arrives and gets in on the action in terms of trying to decide who is better, then there is some arm-wrestling to try to break the tie, but you have to watch the tape to see who Pete picks as the winner of the best physique. Both women are in top contest shape, who would you select?

Jennifer was one of WPW's favorite physique models during the mid-2000's, and have several DVDs available for her. For those video sessions she was mainly in hard contest shape. We did do one session with her off-season, but for this photos-only session, she was really in huge off-season shape at 5'5" 170 pounds ! So, she was not ripped at all here, but shows off huge size and shapes, with good definition mainly for her upper body shots. WPW photographer John Nafpliotis had this session in 2009 when she was a spectator at that year's Junior Nationals, and poses in a black minidress, and one white dress. Great looks and huge size, somewhat similar to the Doughdee Marie look.

Hannie won the Dutch Championships in the mid-80s, then had a good IFBB pro career for almost 10 years. She was most famous for her huge size and was one of the biggest competitors weight per height during her career. She was smoother early in her career, but by the early 90s she got the dieting down and was very lean and defined for her contests. This work was done in 1995 when she was in lean contest shape, yet still showing off lots of size, including 17" arms. Lots of great posing in several outfits with a campy story line which had to do with 'dealing with unruly customers' at a restaurant she was working in.

Carrie is from Ohio and at 5'2" 122 pounds, was in lean contest condition at the 2010 Junior Nationals, when WPW photographer had this photo shoot with her. At the time of this taping in 1995, Annie was already a top star since 1987, with several WPW videos under her belt. Flash forward 15 years and Annie is still going strong into the 2011 season, placing high in many of the toughest IFBB pro shows such as the Ms. Olympia. Annie was 150 pounds here, the heaviest she had been in contest shape, featuring incredible size and shapes, with very good definition for her extra size. One of the themes of this video was that Becky was a 'young, fresh faced newcomer in 1995' and she was wondering how she stacked up against some of the older veterans. Interestingly, after a gap in her competitions, she has now been back on the scene in recent years and is expected to compete in 2011. At only 5'2", she really packed on the size for her 15" arms. She was 'concerned' that her lower body would not measure up for this video, but as always, we will let you, the viewer, decide as she hits all the shots in her bikini and two other outfits. We are sure you will have the same opinion of her overall physique as we did when we asked her to do the work.

Chris was a top NPC and IFBB star during the late 90's, and she was featured in many of the muscle magazines. One article on her was called 'Crushing Power', so we used that print magazine title for our video title here. This is a straight-out posing video, taped when she was in ripped contest shape for her show in 1995. Her physique is balanced- not a huge type, but lean, chiseled muscularity for all of her upper and lower body poses.

Laura was originally from New Jersey and during the early-mid 90's she began to work her way up from local competitor to IFBB pro. This video, taken in 1995, is titled 'Board Room Muscle', as she is the CEO of a company that has been losing money, taking her male subordinates to task on this, displaying her unusual strength to any one who stands in her way. Inbetween the above scene, she stops the scolding long enough to hit her contest-ready physique shots in bikinis and dresses, further scaring her helpers to do a better job.

We met Theresa about 5 years ago when she was a figure competitor. Being somewhat too muscular for that division, she began to do bodybuilding events shortly after that, quickly advancing to top amateur status. Yes, Melissa is really a blonde, but WPW was doing so much video work with her that we decided to alter her look 'slightly' by having her do our posing videos as a brunette. In RM video #14, Melissa wore a short brown hairpiece, and this time 'Gina' has longer brown hair for this 1995 session. This is basically a pure posing video- she does heavy repwork in the gym, then hits her pumped up shots in several dress and one-piece outfits, showing off incredible definition and hardness, with beauty of face and hair.

We have known Hannie for 25 years and her early WPW DVDs are still available- WPW 48, 85 and 186. She has not competed in a while, but fans of hers will recognize her immediately. The face and hair are the same and she still has the powerful physique- her upper body is impressively lean. She has been living in Massachusetts and is close friends with Bonnie Pappas, a recent top NPC competitor-turned new IFFB Pro. During a photo/video session with Bonnie, WPW photographer John Nafpliotis had a brief photos-only session with Hannie also, placing heavy emphasis on Hannie's thick upper body shots. She wears a purple bikini and displays her famous bicep, back and side chest shots, looking pretty much as she did in 1985 and 1995 !

Christa's first RM video #11 was so popular that bodybuilding fans called for another tape, hence the sub-title here, 'Christa Revisited". That first video was taken around 1993, and this one is from 1995, when again she was in incredible contest shape. Her biceps are among the best ever, but her overall physique is complete - great shapes, hardness and size everywhere. At this time, the German Champ was already a top pro and she shows off while posing in dresses and bikini after pumping up in the gym. Another top woman- Colette Guimond- was also in town and has a 'cameo' role here for arm-wrestling, 'abs-punching', etc, scenes.

Sheila was a top regional competitor in the northwest in the early 2000s, then quickly moved into top national competitor territory soon after. What was predicted for her for a few years, winning the Nationals, finally came true in 2008 when she won the overall at that show, allowing her IFBB pro status. In 2010 she made her pro debut, placing 2nd in the New York Pro Contest and 4th in her first Ms. Olympia. During 2009 WPW photographer John Nafpliotis had a photo shoot with her when she was a spectator at a national contest. She was not in ripped contest shape, but was well defined, displaying her trademark balanced physique. Sheila 5'7" 170 pounds, hits the shots in a black/blue bikini, with emphasis on her upper body, which is fabulous despite being just off top contest shape. No video was taken during this session, but WPW has several of her taken during the mid-late 2000's.

Remember the rock and roll British Invasion of 1964 ? Well, 30 years later top British bodybuilder Joanne Lee 'invaded' the US to compete in pro bodybuilding contests. We had some fun having Joanne pose to music by several of those pop groups and she was in great shape, featuring huge size, shape and definition, and her upper body shots were among the best during the 90's. Marina had quite a competitive year in 2010- she won the overall at the Junior Nationals, was second in her class in the US Championships, then topped all that off with a big win in her Lightweight Class in the Nationals, gaining her IFBB Pro Card. Marina is from Colorado and was in very top contest shape for her photo/video session with WPW photographer John Nafpliotis. Despite being very lean and wiry, she maintained her beautiful shapes and facial beauty, all topped off with a nice mane of black hair. Her entire physique is noteworthy, but her upper body shots are absolutely chiseled. Lauren was a top national bodybuilding competitor during the 1990s, and a fun, 'go for it' actress in bodybuilding tapes. Here, in 'Uplifting Experience', she is waiting for her workout partner, Cindy, to arrive. When she does, Cindy is more interested in flirting with her boyfriend, so a deal was made- they will skip the gym and will use the 185 pounder as a human barbell including toe raises, overhead lifts, etc. Lauren was in off-season and looking strong, so you will understand her strength, but Cindy is a newcomer and she holds her own for sure during the lifting session also.
